Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contact potential customers by phone to promote our products and services.
  2. Explain our product features and benefits, answering any questions from customers.
  3. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services based on their needs.
  4. Keep accurate records of calls and sales achieved.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and maintain positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required).
  3. Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
  4. Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
