Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers by phone to promote our products and services.
- Explain our product features and benefits, answering any questions from customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services based on their needs.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales achieved.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and maintain positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required).
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
